1. Purpose of data processing – Legal basis for processing

Only the personal data provided by the user in the specific contact form to request information about our company's products and services will be processed, and all data collection and subsequent processing activities will be aimed at responding to the aforementioned requests.

Providing your data for the above purposes is necessary to respond to your requests, and the legal basis is your explicit consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation). For any future marketing activities, your separate and explicit consent is also required. Both consents may be revoked at any time by writing to info@technoin.com.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation (Article 5, EU Regulation 2016/679), which requires, among other things, that the data be:

  • processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner (“lawfulness, fairness and transparency”);
  • collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, indicated above and subsequently processed in a way that is not incompatible with those purposes ('purpose limitation');
  • adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed ('data minimization');
  • accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; all reasonable steps are taken to promptly erase or rectify inaccurate data, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed (“accuracy”);
  • stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, i.e. in relation to the fulfillment of the request ('storage limitation');
  • Processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection, through appropriate technical and organizational measures, against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage ("integrity and confidentiality"). Processing is carried out using computerized and/or electronic means, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In particular, the website management software is constantly updated and regularly scanned for viruses and malicious code.

6. Categories of authorized subjects and recipients of personal data

We inform you that the personal data you provide or that we collect may be processed within the data controller's organization by individuals involved in the organization of the site (e.g., administrative staff) or by external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies). Your data will not be disclosed.

7. Data transfer abroad

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. Specifically, with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) via social plugins and the Google Analytics service. This transfer is authorized.

8. Rights of the interested party (Articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679)

  • Right to rectification (Article 16);
  • Right to erasure of data (so-called right to be forgotten), without undue delay if certain reasons provided for by law apply (art. 17);
  • Right to restriction of processing (Article 18);
  • Right to data portability, i.e. the right to transmit data from one Data Controller to another without hindrance (Article 20);
  • Right to object to processing (art. 21), including for profiling purposes;
  • Right to obtain a decision-making process not completely automated (Article 22);
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77).

The interested party may also withdraw his or her consent without compromising the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent previously given.

9. Consequences of a possible refusal to respond

The request form requires mandatory information. Failure to complete it may make it impossible for the Data Controller to process the user's requests.
